HAMMOND, IN. – The Hammond Academy for the Performing Arts proudly announces its winter musical, Edges: A Contemporary Song Cycle by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.
Edges covers such universal issues as love, commitment, identity and meaning. Characters deal with confronting emotions, escaping expectations and deciphering complicated relationships. The music and message in this revue style show is relevant and impactful to performers and audience alike.
This production is directed by Kathleen Dominiak-Treasure, with music direction by Connie Pruitt-Alley, set design by Melissa Brassard and lighting design by Guy Rhodes.
Edges opens Thursday, December 7 and runs through Sunday, December 10. Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7 p.m. and Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. Tickets are $9 for adults and $7 for students and seniors.
All performances of Edges will be performed in the Black Box Theater at Morton High School, 6915 Grand Ave. in Hammond. Tickets will go on sale in the HAPA Box Office one hour before each performance. Enter Door C. Seating is limited.
